A&B Vietnam’s shipping policy aims to clearly inform customers about shipping methods and related terms when delivering products in large quantities. A&B Vietnam ensures timely delivery of goods, always prioritizes customer satisfaction and complies with shipping regulations.

This policy includes detailed information about shipping methods, delivery times, cost structures, packaging and handling, ensuring that partners can trust our process from the time of order until delivery.

We will work with reputable and large-scale carriers worldwide to ensure timely delivery and reliability. Shipping methods will depend on the destination, product type and order size. Shipping units and methods will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods And Carriers:

For international shipping needs, our company cooperates with global freight forwarders specializing in large-scale beverage shipping. The main international shipping methods include:

• Sea transport: For large orders, sea freight is the most economical option. This method is ideal for beverages, allowing for large quantities to be shipped in containers.
• Air transport: For orders that are sample orders for businesses. This method incurs higher shipping costs.
• Pickup at Port: This method applies to large-value orders. We will deliver all goods directly to the designated port provided by your company, and then the goods will be handed over to the customer.
• Pickup at Warehouse: Direct delivery at locations provided by A&B Vietnam (warehouse, production facility, etc.). This method is convenient for companies that manage their transportation.

Delivery Time Frame:

 The estimated shipping time may depend on your country and the method you choose. From the time of deposit to the time of loading for shipment, it will take about 10-30 days depending on the product and packaging specifications. A&B will confirm the exact delivery date with the customer as soon as the goods are loaded. (Note: Does not include customs clearance time).

Customs And Compliance:

Shipping large quantities of goods internationally requires compliance with customs regulations. Our shipping team ensures that businesses are provided with all necessary documentation, including:

• Bill of Lading
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Other documents as required

Country-specific regulations should be informed by the buyer. For alcoholic beverages, we comply with country-specific regulations, especially those that have restrictions on the import of alcoholic beverages.

The buyer will be responsible for any import duties, taxes and brokerage fees applicable in the destination country. Customs policies vary greatly by country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

Cost Structure:

Shipping charges are based on the destination of the order.

Additional fees such as customs duties, import taxes and local delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging And Handling:

International shipments require extra care in packaging to ensure the goods can withstand long transit times and the possibility of handling at multiple ports. We use durable packaging materials to protect the products.

Order Tracking:

We offer full order tracking, providing real-time updates at every stage of the shipping journey. Customers will receive notifications when their packages are processed, shipped and delivered. Our customer support team is always available to assist with any questions or concerns during the shipping process.

Due to varying international laws and restrictions, some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into their country.

Returns and Damaged Goods: We ensure all products are packaged carefully to minimize the risk of damage during shipping. However, quantity and quality complaint please contact us within 7 days for resolution.

We make it our priority to resolve any shipping issues quickly and efficiently.

Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any delays or non-deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war strikes, customs delays or global pandemics. In such cases, we will notify the buyer immediately and attempt to resolve the situation.
